FREE OF MICROPLASTICS

It decomposes in the oceans 48-59% faster than natural wood (ASTM D6691), but can also be recycled through industrial composting (EN 13432).

SULAPAC® UNIVERSAL FLEX 35

Ideal solution for thin-walled structures

Universal Flex 35 is designed for sustainable thin-walled structures with good impact resistance. Its flexibility, bending strain is 2.6%. It is also approved for dry foods, dietary supplements.

Universal Flex 35 is made from wood and plant-based binders.

This bio-based (82%) material is biodegradable without leaving any residual microplastics, but can also be recycled through industrial composting.

SULAPAC® UNIVERSAL

Natural alternative for existing production lines

Replace conventional plastics and start mass producing truly sustainable products with minimal investment.
The universal material is designed to fit existing production lines and tooling. It is also suitable for rigid products such as jars or hangers.
The universal material is made from wood and plant-based binders. This 100% bio-based material biodegrades without leaving any residual microplastics*, but can also be recycled through industrial composting.

SULAPAC® PREMIUM FLEX 40

More flexible dream-like component for exclusive products

Thanks to Sulapac Premium material, your products look luxurious and feel premium to the touch. This exclusive quality material is also flexible and has excellent impact resistance. The tactility of woodchips makes it stand out from traditional materials. Ideal for sustainable products that aim to create an exclusive feel.

  The material can also be processed with existing injection moulding machines. Our experts can help with testing and production set-up, from tool selection to nozzle size.

This bio-based (85%) material is biodegradable without leaving any residual microplastics, but can also be recycled through industrial composting.

SULAPAC® FLOW V1.7

Sustainable extruded material for straws

As part of our mission to tackle the global plastic waste problem, we have developed the 'no compromise straw'. The sustainable Sulapac straw does not get soaked and can be used for up to 24 hours.

Sulapac straw is inherently biodegradable and industrially compostable. After use, the bio-based material is recycled back into the natural ingredients, leaving no residual microplastics. If accidentally released into the environment, it will not harm the ecosystem.

Sulapac straws can be mass produced. It meets EU and FDA food contact requirements. Flow v1.7 is ideally suited for all your straw needs.

SULAPAC® BARRIER

The real beauty of emulsions comes from within

Sulapac's patented innovation is perfect for cosmetic brands. It is an excellent storage solution for water-based emulsions and sets a new benchmark when comparing biodegradable materials with conventional plastics. It is bio-based (98%) and biodegradable without leaving any residual microplastics.

The acceptable weight loss for cosmetic packaging is typically below 3%. In addition to its excellent properties, the material is non-GMO and approved for food contact in Europe.
